在安裝膜結(jié)構(gòu)停車棚時就應(yīng)該根據(jù)膜結(jié)構(gòu)現(xiàn)場的環(huán)境來選擇防腐措施和防腐材料，并按時進(jìn)行檢查支承結(jié)構(gòu)，索、夾板和螺栓連接等地方的防腐情況。如果有腐蝕的情況發(fā)生，先要除去防腐層，然后重新做好表面的防腐處理。

膜面修補(bǔ)：在安裝過程中會無意或有意的造成膜面出現(xiàn)較小的損傷，此時能夠直接進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場修補(bǔ)。投入到正常的使用中之后應(yīng)該對基層纖維布和涂層進(jìn)行按時進(jìn)行檢查，對于小的裂口小洞可以直接在膜面外側(cè)加焊補(bǔ)丁予以修復(fù)，補(bǔ)丁必須要圓角處理，應(yīng)將焊接面的塵土、油漬和油脂進(jìn)行清理。

Membrane surface repair: Minor damage to the membrane surface may occur unintentionally or intentionally during installation, in which case on-site repair can be carried out directly. After being put into normal use, the base fiber cloth and coating should be inspected on time. For small cracks and holes, welding patches can be directly added to the outside of the film surface for repair. The patches must be rounded and the dust, oil stains, and grease on the welding surface should be cleaned.

膜材替換：應(yīng)在膜結(jié)構(gòu)的整個使用期內(nèi)保留所有的加工圖，這樣可使膜的替換工作變得格外的簡單，只需對采用的新膜材重新進(jìn)行試驗以確定其補(bǔ)償值即可進(jìn)行替換施工。如果原幅寬的膜材缺貨，則需要重新進(jìn)行裁剪設(shè)計。也可能需要根據(jù)現(xiàn)有支承結(jié)構(gòu)的具體尺寸重新進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)找形。

Membrane material replacement: All processing drawings should be retained throughout the entire service life of the membrane structure, which can make the membrane replacement work particularly simple. Simply retest the new membrane material used to determine its compensation value for replacement construction. If the original width of the film material is out of stock, a new cutting design is required. It may also be necessary to redesign the structure based on the specific dimensions of the existing supporting structure.

積水和排水：如果膜結(jié)構(gòu)停車棚產(chǎn)生積水，必須要立即積水或積雪。如果雨雪天氣持續(xù)不斷，積水會使膜材遭到破壞，故要對公眾關(guān)閉膜面覆蓋的空間，并立刻采取措施避免新的積水。由于荷載作用下的膜結(jié)構(gòu)會產(chǎn)生變形，膜面坡度較小處可能會有積水。

Water accumulation and drainage: If there is water accumulation in the membrane structure parking shed, it must be immediately cleared of water or snow. If the rainy and snowy weather continues, water accumulation will damage the membrane material. Therefore, it is necessary to close the space covered by the membrane to the public and take immediate measures to avoid new water accumulation.
